I am very excited to hear that Cristian will be starting a Spanish Language school in Colon, Argentina.  I have been studying with him since October of 2017, meeting weekly at my house.  While he gives homework appropriate to my level of Spanish, I do not feel restricted in how I can learn as the class is very fluid, organic, perfect for an adult learner who wants to learn in her own way.  We often wind up talking for the whole hour.  He gently corrects my mistakes and teaches me new concepts as they come up.  I particularly enjoy how positive and spirited he is.   We rarely sit but are moving around having an engaging and often humorous conversation.  I love that I also get to write narratives, stories about anything that I want, including “Mis gatos.”

I will greatly miss our sessions when he moves back to Argentina in August.  But I plan to attend his language school as soon as I can.  I’m looking forward to a full Spanish immersion experience.  Cristian’s teaching has greatly increased my confidence and I recently was able to speak Spanish to natives while traveling in Spain.  His teachings have also helped me communicate with my Spanish speaking patients in my job as a Nurse Practitioner.  I highly recommend this proficient and delightful teacher!
