I had completed Spanish grammar classes, but needed practice in correctly applying the tenses and vocabulary in conversation. Cristian creates a relaxed atmosphere where I can feel confident to speak and make mistakes. He provides practical tips which help make sense of the language within the context of what I want to communicate. His positive energy and enthusiasm is motivating.In addition to conversation, it has been helpful to review grammar which is problematic to me.  The board is a great visual tool which aids in clarifying specifics. I benefit from seeing the written examples. Although I have only taken a few lessons with Cristian, they have helped me to gain confidence in expressing my thoughts more comfortably with clarity.
